Use the following checklists to be sure that you bring everything you
need to make your loan application an easy, hassle-free experience. Originals
are required unless otherwise stated.
Income
- Tax returns (past 2 years)
- W-2 forms (past 2 years)
- Pay stubs to Cover 30 Days
- Divorce papers (if you pay/receive child support or alimony)
- Award letter & copy of most recent check (if you receive Social
Security, retirement or disability)
- Leases (if applicable)
- Year-to-date P&L and current balance sheet (if self-employed
only)
- Past 2 years K-1's (if you own 25% or more of a corporation)
- Proof quarterly taxes are paid (if self-employed)

Housing Information
- Sales contract on home you are purchasing
- Copy of sales contract (if you are selling your present home)
- Current landlord's name & phone number (if renting)
- Information on residence history -- 2 years
- Relocation agreement (if you are being transferred)
- Homeowner's association information (if applicable)

Assets
- 3 Months bank statements
- 3 Months statements for IRA/Keogh/401K/profit sharing
- Stock certificates or statements of amount owned
- Canceled earnest money check or statement showing source of funds

Employment History
- Name and address of employers (2 years)
- Transcripts or diplomas (if you were a student in the past 2 years)
- Business License (if applicable)
- Corporate Resolution (if you own 25% or more in a corporation)

Credit and Other
- Coupon book or most recent statement on all outstanding
loans and credit cards
- Bankruptcy - Schedule of Creditor and Discharge (if applicable)
- Driver's license & Social Security card
